As the Wall Street stabilizes as Italy pledges action on debt, several stocks recorded a new 52-week high/low. Some notable stocks are discussed here.

52-Week Highs:

Radiant Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: RADS) recorded a new 52-week high of $28.39 a share on Tuesday, after NCR Corp. (NYSE: NCR) said that it has agreed to acquire Radiant Systems for $1.2 billion. RADS is currently trading up by 30.63 percent to $28.02 a share.

Overland Storage Inc. (Nasdaq: OVRL) his a new 52-week high of $3.24 a share on trading volume of 25 thousand shares on Tuesday. Recently the company announced that it has expanded its product deployment footprint in the higher education market across the globe. OVRL is currently trading higher by 4.38 percent to $3.10 a share.

BRE Properties Inc. (NYSE: BRE) recorded a new 52-week high of $53.03 on trading volume of 173 thousand shares on Tuesday. The company announced its second quarter FY 2011 earnings release date as August 2, 2011. BRE is currently trading at $52.95, up 1.63 percent.

Spirit Airlines Inc. (Nasdaq: SAVE) hit a new all time high of $14.24 a share on trading volume of 155 thousand shares, after a report from Morgan Stanley said that it is bullish on the company’s stock and wants to sell JetBlue (Nasdaq: JBLU) instead. SAVE is currently trading at $13.73, up 2.39 percent.

52-Week Lows:

Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS) hit a new 52-week low of $21.38 a share on trading volume of 6 million shares on Tuesday. The stock fell to its lowest in the initial hour of trading and since then it recovered. Currently, the stock is trading down by 0.74 percent to $21.42 a share.

ReneSola Ltd. (NYSE: SOL) recorded a all-time low of $4.20 a share on trading volume of 3.5 million shares, after the company revised its second quarter outlook lower primarily due to declines in wafer prices and a challenging solar module market. SOL is currently trading up 1.28 percent to $4.74 today.

Evergreen Solar Inc. (Nasdaq: ESLR) hit a all-time low of $0.37 a share on volume of 2 million shares, after the company reported a 60 percent drop in revenue late Monday. ESLR is currently trading at $0.42 a share, down 31.98 percent.

DAQQ New Energy Corp. (NYSE: DQ) recorded a new 52-week low of $6.24 a share on trading volume of 170 thousand shares. The stock is trading lower by 7.16 percent to $6.48 a share on Tuesday.
