Pitney Bowes Inc.’s (NYSE: PBI) board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on the company’s common stock of $0.37 per share, payable September 12, 2011, to stockholders of record on August 12, 2011; a quarterly cash dividend of $0.53 per share on the company’s $2.12 convertible preference stock, payable October 1, 2011, to stockholders of record September 15, 2011, and a quarterly cash dividend of $0.50 per share on the company’s 4 percent convertible cumulative preferred stock, payable November 1, 2011, to stockholders of record October 14, 2011. PBI is trading down 1.70 percent to $22.51 on Monday
Ameron International Corp. (NYSE: AMN) said Monday that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of 30 cents per share of common stock, payable August 16, 2011 to stockholders of record on July 28, 2011. Shares of Ameron were trading lower by 0.06 percent to $85.19 on Monday.
PACCAR Inc.’s (Nasdaq: PCAR) board of directors declared a 50 percent increase to the quarterly cash dividend to $0.18 per share from $0.12 a share, payable September 6, 2011, to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 18, 2011. Shares of PACCAR were trading lower by 3.0 percent to $50.21 a share, despite increasing the quarterly dividend.
Ex-Dividend Date:
Oracle Corp. (Nasdaq: ORCL), an enterprise software company, is currently trading lower by 2.54 percent to $33.02 a share on Monday. Today is the ex-dividend date for Oracle, owners of its shares as of market close today will be eligible for a dividend of $0.06 a share.
