Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada - September 24, 2021 - Rock Tech Lithium (TSXV:RCK) Inc. (the "Company")(TSX‐Venture Exchange: RCK and Frankfurt Exchange: RJIA) is pleased to announce that, subject to regulatory approval, it will conduct a non‐brokered private placement of up to 30 million units at a price of $0.10 (Canadian) unit for gross proceeds of up to $3,000,000. Each unit will consist of one common share and one‐half of one share purchase warrant. Each full warrant will entitle the holder to purchase an additional common share at a price of $0.25 (Canadian) per share for a period of twenty four (24) months from closing. All of the securities issued under the private placement will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance.

Proceeds from the private placement will be used to finance exploration and development on the Company's Georgia Lake lithium project in the Thunder Bay Mining District, and for general working capital requirements.

Finders' fees may be payable in connection with the private placement subject to regulatory approval.
