Research In Motion (NASDAQ: RIMM): Wedbush Securities on Tuesday downgraded its rating on the Blackberry-maker to Neutral from Outperform and lowered its price target on the stock to $57 from $65. Shares of the company slumped more than 2% in morning trading.

Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT): BGC Partners on Tuesday upgraded its rating on the company to Buy from Hold. Shares of the software giant rose 1.72% to $24.79 in Tuesday morning trading.

CF Industries (NYSE: CF): Goldman Sachs this morning upgraded the stock to Buy from Neutral. With the upgrade, Goldman Sachs added CF Industries to its "conviction buy" list and set a price target of $110. Shares of the fertilizer maker jumped more than 6% on Tuesday.

Baker Hughes (NYSE: BHI): Susquehanna upgraded the shares to Positive from Neutral. The firm maintained a $53 price target. In a research note to clients, the firm said "We think this discounted valuation is a compelling buying opportunity because we think Baker Hughes can outgrow its peers on an EBITDA basis due to market share gains and cost reductions." Susquehanna also states, "We also see several catalysts over the next six months that are very achievable and will drive Baker's turnaround despite investor concerns." Shares of oilfield-services company rallied more than 3% in morning trading.

3M (NYSE: MMM): J.P. Morgan on Tuesday downgraded the company to Underweight from Neutral. However, the firm upped its price target on the stock to $97 from $93. 

Yahoo! (NASDAQ: YHOO): BGC Partners this morning downgraded Yahoo to Hold from Buy. 

Dollar Tree (NASDAQ: DLTR): J.P. Morgan downgraded its rating on the company to Underweight from Neutral and lowered its price target to $38 from $41.50. Shares of the discount retailer declined more than 2% on Tuesday.
