The Small Cap Bull 3X Shares seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of 300% of the price performance of the Russell 2000 Index.

Direxion Daily Small Cap Bear 3X Shares (NYSEArca: TZA) was one of the biggest loser among the ETFs. The fund slumped 7.39% to close at $32.08. The Small Cap Bear 3X Shares seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of 300% of the inverse (or opposite) of the price performance of the Russell 2000. 

Standard & Poor's Depositary Re (NYSEArca: SPY), as usual, was the most active ETFs by share volume. The fund seeks to correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the S&P 500 Index. SPDR Trust is an exchange-traded fund that holds all of the S&P 500 Index stocks. SPY closed at $110.41 and had a volume of 222.003M shares.
