Citigroup (NYSE: C) shares rallied 9 cents or 2.10% to $4.13 in afternoon trading on volume of over 327 million. The three-month average daily volume for Citigroup is 827.54 million. 

BP (NYSE: BP) shares jumped 7.78% to $2.65. The beleaguered energy giant is reportedly in talks to sell its assets to largest US independent oil company Apache Corp. (NYSE: APA) to help pay for the clean-up of the biggest U.S. oil spill in history. With today's seven metro launches, Sprint now offers 4G in 43 markets and expects to have 4G service in many more -- including Los Angeles, New York and Miami -- by the end of 2010.

Sequenom (NASDAQ: SQNM) shares plunged 9.65% to $5.62 in afternoon trading on volume of over 7.41 million. The three-month average daily volume for Sequenom is 3.39 million. Sequenom provides products, services, diagnostic testing, applications, and genetic analysis products that translate the results of genomic science into solutions for biomedical research, translational research, molecular medicine applications, and agricultural and livestock.

InfoLogix, Inc. (NASDAQ: IFLG) soared 29.72% to $6.23 on no particular news. 

Delcath Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: DCTH) slumped 10.16% to $6.90. The move comes with no particular news. Delcath Systems, Inc., a development stage company, develops and manufactures devices to administer high dose chemotherapy and other therapeutic agents directly to diseased organs or regions of the body.
