Research In Motion (NASDAQ: RIMM): Citigroup analyst Jim Suva on Friday lowered his price target on the stock to $50, from $55. “May could very well mark the peak quarter for RIMM’s EPS,” Suva wrote in a research note to clients. “While almost all other technology companies are facing decreasing EPS growth rates, we believe RIMM will soon face declining EPS.” He maintained his Sell rating on Research In Motion.  RIMM shares sank $4.91 or 8.38% to $53.67 in morning trade.

Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL): Oppenheimer analyst Yair Reiner on Friday reiterated his Outperfrom rating on the stocks and lifted his share-price target to $345 from $320, citing strong demand for both the iPad and iPhone 4. He also raised fiscal 2010 earnings estimate for Apple to $14.52 from $14.01 a share and fiscal 2011 estimate to $17.96 from $16.71 a share. Apple shares fell 0.94% to $266.47 on Friday.

Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ): UBS on Friday cut its estimates for healthcare giant through 2011, citing a longer-than-expected closure of the company’s Fort Washington, Pennsylvania-based over-the-counter drug facility. Operations at the plant were suspended and the company announced a widespread recall of over-the-counter products after FDA raised the recall issue this year after conducting an inspection of the Fort Washington facility from Jan 28 to Feb. 2. JNJ shares dropped 0.91% to $59.06 in morning trade. (NASDAQ: PCLN): Citigroup on Friday slashed its 12 month price target on Pricline stock from $270 to $250. “We’ve lowered our ‘10 revenue est by 1% to $2.79B & our ‘10 Non-GAAP EPS by 2% to $11.02 due to a material change in our FX assumptions (sig. Euro weakness). We’ve made similar reductions to our Q2 and ‘11 ests. Our unchanged target multiple of 20X ’11 Non-GAAP EPS ($12.53) generates our new $250 PT, which implies 30%+ upside from today’s stock price,” the brokerage firm wrote in a research note to clients. The firm maintained its ‘Buy’ rating on the stock. Priceline shares rose 0.33% to $185.72.

Banner Corp. (NASDAQ: BANR): Keefe, Bruyette & Woods upgraded the stock from Underperform to Market Perform. In a research note to clients, the brokerage firm said "After the close, Banner announced it had raised 86.3mn shares of common at $2.00 resulting in net proceeds of approximately $162mn including the shoe. We expect the capital to be used to absorb losses and maintain a 10.0% leverage ratio. We feel better about BANR shares since the enhanced capital position buys time & the flexibility to reduce its classified assets." Shares of Banner Corp. fell 0.49% to $2.04.

Tupperware Brands Corporation (NYSE: TUP): JP Morgan upgraded the stock from Overweight to Neutral but lowered the share-price to $57 from $58. Tupperware rallied 4.87% to $40 on Friday.

Questar Corp. (NYSE: STR): RBC Capital on Friday upgraded Questar to Outperform from Sector Perform and upped share-price target to $59 from $52. Shares of the company rose 0.84% to $47.07 in morning trade.
