Wesco Aircraft (WAIR) Maintained 'Hold' By Deutsche Bank

Deutsche Bank (DB) maintained its "Hold" rating on Wesco Aircraft Holdings Inc. (NYSE:WAIR) given defense mix and limited upside to its upwardly revised price target of $15 from $13.The bank noted that WAIR reported encouraging first-quarter results EPS of 26c was ahead of DB's 24c estimate and street consensus of 23c. The beat was mostly on the revenue line, with sales of $193M up 11% y/y and well ahead of DB's $181M estimate.
"Despite the strong performance, management left fiscal 2012 guidance unchanged, though we believe this is more to do with conservatism than with an expectation of a slowdown ahead," DB wrote in a note.
California-based Wesco distributes and provides supply chain management services to the global aerospace industry. 
Shares of WAIR, which have been trading between $8.77 and $15.25 over the past year, is currently down 1.25 percent at $14.17.
