As the US market started Tuesday’s trading on a positive note, several companies declared their future dividend plans. Some notable dividend payers are discussed here.

 

Meta Financial Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: CASH) announced to pay a cash dividend of 13 cents per share for the fourth quarter of 2011. The dividend will be payable on or about October 1, 2021 to shareholders of record on September 12, 2011. Shares were trading at $18.18 in the morning session with zero percent change on its Monday’s close.

 

Bank of Montreal (NYSE: BMO) declared a quarterly dividend of 70 cents per share on paid-up common shares, payable on November 28, 2021 to shareholders of record on November 1, 2011. Common shareholders may elect to have their cash dividends reinvested in common shares of the bank in accordance with the bank’s Shareholders Dividend Reinvestment and Share Purchase Plan. Shares added 1.11 percent or 64 cents to trade at $58.48.

 

LB Foster Co. (Nasdaq: FSTR) declared a quarterly dividend of 13.25 cents per share. Shares added 0.97 percent or 21 cents to trade at $21.86.

 

Evans Bancorp Ltd. (AMEX: EVBN) declared a semi-annual cash dividend of 20 cents per share on its outstanding common stock, which is the same as its previous dividend paid on April 4, 2011. The dividend is payable on October 4, 2021 to shareholders of record on September 12, 2011. Shares were trading at $12.72, with no change on its previous day’s close.

 

Fauquier Bankshares Inc. (Nasdaq: FBSS) declared a quarterly dividend of 12 cents per share. The dividend will be payable to shareholders on October 3, 2021 to shareholders of record on September 16, 2011. The 12 cents per share dividend represents a 48 cents dividend on an annualized basis. Shares started the day’s trading at $12.01, its last day close.

 

Peoples Bancorp Inc. (Nasdaq: PEBO) announced a Q4 dividend of 19 cents per share, payable on October 13, 2021 to shareholders of record on October 3, 2011. Shares added 4.65 percent or 45 cents to trade at $10.13.

 

Insperity Inc. (NYSE: NSP) declared a cash dividend of 15 cents per share, payable on September 15, 2021 to shareholders of record on September 9, 2011. Shares were down 1.03 percent or 24 cents to trade at $23.01.
