As the Wall Street continues to rise on strong corporate earnings, several stocks recorded a new 52-week high/low. Some notable stocks are discussed here.

52-Week Highs:

AAR Corp. (NYSE: AIR) recorded a new 52-week high of $31.66 a share on trading volume of 200,000 shares. The company is expected to report its first quarter FY 2012 earnings on September 12, 2011. The stock is currently trading higher by 1.58 percent to $31.45 a share.

Halliburton Company (NYSE: HAL) hit new record of $57 a share on volume of 12 million shares.   The company recently report strong second quarter earnings. The stock is currently trading higher by 2.64 percent to $56.73 a share.

MedcoHealth Solutions Inc. (NYSE: MHS) recorded a new 52-week high of $66.38 a share after the company said that it will be acquired by Express Scripts Inc. (Nasdaq: ESRX) for $29.1 billion. MHS is trading higher by 16.25 percent to $64.80 a share.

Shares of Sino-Global Shipping America Ltd. (Nasdaq: SINO) touched a new 52-week high of $9.13 a share on Thursday on trading volume of 3.5 million shares. The company is currently trading higher by 38.83 percent to $6.15 a share today.

52-Week Lows:

Transcept Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: TSPT) recorded a new 52 low of $4.28 per share on Thursday on volume of 160 thousand shares. The stock is currently trading at $4.41, up 0.2 percent.

Skullcandy, Inc. (Nasdaq: SKUL) recorded new 52 week low of $18 per share on Thursday on volume of 1.5 million shares. The stock is currently trading down at $19.69 by 1.55 percent.

AMR Corporation (NYSE: AMR) recorded a new 52 week low of $4.51 per share on Thursday on volume of 15 million shares. The stock is currently trading at $4.58, down 6.91 percent today.

Genworth Financial Inc. (NYSE: GNW) recorded a new 52 week low of $7.56 on Thursday on volume of 25 million shares. The company said late Thursday that it expects a second quarter loss and it will increase reserves in its mortgage insurance unit. The shares of the company are currently trading at $8.15, lower by 13.99 percent.
