Amidst the negative movement of the US stock indexes, several companies declared their future dividend plans. Some notable dividend payers are discussed here.

 

Harleysville Savings Financial Corp. (Nasdaq: HARL) reported a regular quarterly cash dividend of 19 cents per share, payable August 24, 2021 to shareholders of record of August 10, 2011. Shares added 1.84 percent or 27 cents to trade at $14.92.

 

Tompkins Financial Corp. (AMEX: TMP) reported a cash dividend of 36 cents per share to be paid in the third quarter of 2011. Shares added 0.32 percent or 13 cents to trade at $40.63.

 

Resource America Inc. (Nasdaq: REXI) approved a cash dividend of 3 cents per share, payable on July 29, 2021 to shareholders of record on July 25, 2011. Shares were trading at $6.02 in the morning session with zero percent change on its previous close.

 

Public Service Enterprise Group Inc. (NYSE: PEG) shares added 0.44 percent or 14 cents to trade at $32.02 as it declared a quarterly dividend of 34.25 cents per common share for the third quarter of 2011. The dividend is payable on September 30, 2021 to shareholders of record on September 9, 2011. Shares added 0.75 percent or 24 cents to trade at $32.12.

 

Capitol Federal Financial Inc. (Nasdaq: CFFN) announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.075 per common share, payable on August 19, 2021 to shareholders of record on August 5, 2011. Shares added 0.86 percent or 10 cents to trade at $11.79.

 

First Community Corp. (Nasdaq: FCCO) declared a cash dividend of 4 cents per share, payable on August 15, 2021 to shareholders of record on August 1, 2011. Shares gained 3.12 percent or 21 cents to trade at $6.95.
