Williams-Sonoma Inc. (NYSE: WSM) shares lost 0.13 percent or 5 cents to trade at $37.82 despite declaring a quarterly cash dividend of 17 cents per share. The dividend is payable on August 24, 2021 to shareholders of record on July 27, 2011.

 

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. (NYSE: AEO) announced a quarterly cash dividend of 11 cents per share, payable on July 22, 2011. Shares were down 0.77 percent or 10 cents to trade at $12.85.

 

Realty Income Corp. (NYSE: O) declared an increase in its monthly cash dividend to $0.144875 per share from $0.1445625 a share, payable on July 15, 2021 to shareholders of record on July 1, 2011. Shares were down 0.15 percent or 5 cents to trade at $33.72.

 

Annaly Capital Management, Inc. (NYSE: NLY) announced a 4.8 percent increase in its quarterly dividend to 65 cents per share, from its prior 62 cents a share. Shares added 1.11 percent or 21 cents to trade at $18.71.

 

Shares of Asia Entertainment & Resources Ltd. (Nasdaq: AERL) jumped 17.11 percent or 96 cents to trade at $6.57 as it declared a semi-annual cash dividend of 10 cents per share.

 

Ameriana Bancorp. (Nasdaq: ASBI) announced a quarterly cash dividend of 1 cent per share, payable on July 29, 2021 to shareholders of record on July 8, 2011. Shares gained 0.21 percent or 1 cent to trade at $4.80.

 

Mesa Royalty Trust (NYSE: MTR) declared to pay of 22 cents per share, payable on July 29, 2021 to shareholders of record on June 30, 2011. Shares gained 0.62 percent or 26 cents to trade at $42.67.
