HMS (Nasdaq: HMSY) Announces Management Changes

HMS (Nasdaq: HMSY), a wholly owned subsidiary of HMS Holdings Corp., announced that Cynthia Nustad has joined the company as Chief Information Officer.

Ms. Nustad has more than 15 years of management experience in the healthcare information technology industry, working with health insurance companies, healthcare software vendors, and technology consulting firms.

From January 2005 to January 2011, Ms. Nustad served as Vice President of Architecture & Technology for Regence (Blue Cross Blue Shield), the largest health insurer in the Northwest and Intermountain region, where she was responsible for servicing the corporation across multiples sites and states.

She has a proven track record in driving large-scale business and systems transformation efforts, while setting a long-term vision for information technology services.

Prior to Regence, Ms. Nustad served as the Vice President of Software Development and Product Management for OAO Healthcare Solutions, Inc. and held technology leadership roles at e-MedSoft.com and WellPoint Health Networks.

Ms. Nustad also has a Masters in Public Health from UCLA and a Masters in Business Administration from University of Oregon.

The shares of HMS (Nasdaq: HMSY) are trading at $75.62, up 0.08 percent.
