Razer Phone leaks with monstrous specs including 120Hz display, 4000mAh battery, dual cameras, and more

Razer's very first smartphone is set to be announced later this week, but a United Kingdom retailer just posted a product listing of the upcoming smartphone.

Pricing has since been removed, but an earlier version of 3G's listing said that the Razer Phone would cost £45 on contract and about £595 on Pay As You Go.

Previous leak of the Razer Phone. It's confirmed a few things, including that boring name, and shed some light on the specs of the company's gamer-focused gadget.

Some of the Razer's specifications are just industry standard ordinary for a flagship phone, like the 5.7-inch display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, and 64 GB of storage.

Other known specs include a 5.72in IGZO touch display with a wide colour gamut (WGC) and 120Hz refresh rate. The camera system has a 12-megapixel F/1.75 wide-angle sensor and a 13-megapixel F/2.6 zoom sensor. Razer has scheduled an announcement for 1 November, which the company terms as its "biggest unveiling" yet. The phone also comes with dual front firing stereo speakers with Dolby ATMOS technology. The smartphone will feature a 4000mAh battery with support for Qualcomm Quick Charge 4+, something that hasn't been used in any phone till now.

Popular gaming hardware brand Razer is all set to enter the smartphone industry with the upcoming Razer Phone.

Nobody would blame you if you expect this Razer Phone leak to originate from the regular leakers out there who always get access to such information well ahead of a phone's launch date.

Furthermore, the "Razer Phone" is also listed with dual autofocus cameras with LED flash.

Going by the listing spotted by Slashleak, the smartphone will come with a design similar to that of the Nextbit Robin. These cameras should offer features like 4K video recording capability and live portrait mode out of the box. We knew what the main specs were thanks to a GFXBench listing.
