Halliburton Co. (NYSE: HAL): FBR Capital this morning downgraded Halliburton Co. from Outperform to Market Perform and trimmed its price target to $34 from $40. Shares of the oilfield-services provider slumped 2.29% to $2.42 in morning trading.

Netflix (NASDAQ: NFLX): Morgan Stanley on Friday upgraded Netflix from Equal Weight to Overweight. Netflix shares rallied 3.77% to $101.72.

Mylan Inc. (NYSE: MYL): Oppenheimer on Friday downgraded Mylan to Perform from Outperform. Mylan shares dropped 1.57% to $17.22.

Humana Inc. (NYSE: HUM): BMO Capital upgraded Humana to MarketPerform from Undperform and lifted its price target to $48 from $40. Humana shares rose 1.17% to $46.71 in morning trading.

Western Digital (NYSE: WDC): First Global on Friday downgraded the stock to Underperform. In a research note to clients, the firm said, "Aggressive pricing by competitors could force WDC to reduce its ASP in order to maintain market share, thereby adversely impacting the company’s margins, which contracted sequentially in Q4 FY1.0...Concerns over weakening HDD sales loom large, with the market likely to witness oversupply...Management has guided for a sequential growth of merely 2-6% in the Total Available Market (TAM) to 160-165 mn units, as against the historical growth range of 10-13%...The stock currently trades at a P/E of 6.4x FY11, which, however, does not appear cheap, in light of oversupply concerns." 

TeleNav Inc. (NASDAQ: TNAV): JPMorgan this morning downgraded the shares of TeleNav to Neutral from Overweight and lowered its price target fro $13.50 to $7. Shares of the company sank 36.25% to $5.68 in morning trading.

KLA-Tencor (NASDAQ: KLAC): Citigroup on Friday upgraded the stock to Hold from Sell.
