QAnon Conspiracy Theorists Make Very Noticeable Appearance at Trump’s Florida Rally

At a rally in support of Florida gubernatorial candidate Ron DeSantis, President Donald Trump ripped what he called a lack of sufficient voter ID laws.

The president was railing against the idea of noncitizens voting in elections when he claimed that identification is required for everything but voting.

Shoppers do need IDs to buy alcohol, some medicines and cigarettes.

Trump officially endorsed DeSantis in June, and DeSantis has been shooting up in the polls ever since, taking the lead over Putnam.

The station says the rally was meant to back two Florida Republicans before primary elections.

Democrats "don't want to give Trump any victory", he said.

Polling suggests that DeSantis has overcome Agriculture Commissioner Adam Putnam's once-commanding lead, due nearly exclusively to the president's endorsement.

The president is flying from D.C. with Governor Rick Scott aboard Air Force One, but the Scott will skip out on the president's rally at the state fairgrounds.

Putnam, a and former congressman, has run a more traditional campaign for governor, barnstorming the state with campaign events aimed at building upon his family's deep ties to the state.

"The time has come for voter ID like everything else", Trump said, before making his claim about groceries. "But we are turning it around".

"People say Ron is all-Trump, but he's really so much more", Mrs. DeSantis quips, as the camera pans to a child of tender age in a crib, wearing a Make America Great Again onesie.
