Nabil Fekir: Liverpool close to £53m deal for Frenchman

Liverpool transfer news LIVE Fekir deal latest Oblak enquiry Salah to Barcelona claim

Liverpool are pushing to get a deal done to sign Lyon midfielder Nabil Fekir before he departs for the World Cup with France, Sky sources understand. The two clubs have agreed a transfer fee of 65 million euros plus 7 million in add-ons.

The France worldwide is on the verge of a move to Anfield ahead of the World Cup.

Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas appeared to rule out Liverpool's chances of signing Fekir before the tournament in Russian Federation and the Reds feared the French club were using the World Cup to ramp up the price for the midfielder.

But L'Equipe claim that an agreement has been reached and Fekir's transfer is likely to be announced before the weekend.

"The record will certainly not close during the World Cup and I do not think there is any change before the World Cup".

Microsoft (msft) said any data its software got from Facebook stayed on users' devices and was not uploaded to its own servers. In 2011, the FTC decreed that Facebook is prohibited from overriding users' privacy settings without asking for their consent.

Fekir will be the third new player to arrive at Anfield this summer, behind Monaco man Fabinho who was signed earlier this window, and RB Leipzig's Naby Keita, whose signature was acquired last summer.

The 24-year-old attacking midfielder has been identified by Jurgen Klopp as Philippe Coutinho's natural replacement.

"Not set a base price because we have not discussed this yet".

The Independent report that Aulas believes that Liverpool will have to calculate the potential of summer performance into their offer.

Reports on Wednesday also suggested that Liverpool were giving serious thought to activating the relegation release clause in Xherdan Shaqiri's contract at Stoke City.
