Perhaps you're beginning to feel as though Taylor Swift's accused stalkers are stalking your news feeds. The musician was not at home at the time of the incident. In the court documents, the police claim Sandrock "was observed attempting to enter the celebrity's property while wearing a mask and rubber gloves".

Swift wasn't home, but police nevertheless busted a 38-year-old man who'd driven from Colorado all the way to the singer's house to meet her.

A Colorado man arrested on suspicion of felony stalking outside Taylor Swift's home in Beverly Hills was released from custody today, pending further investigation.

The Beverly Hills PD filed for a temporary firearms restraining order on Tuesday morning against Sandrock.

According to the restraining order, police also found rope, ammunition, and more masks and gloves in Sandrock's auto, in addition to prescription medication including oxycodone.

He reportedly told officers that he owned three handguns, and that he was on probation back home in Colorado for having fired one. On April 10, a man was arrested for walking around her home, according to The Daily Mail.

The arrest followed the April 8 arrest of a homeless man on suspicion of trespassing after he tried to climb a wall at the same property and ignored warnings by security guards to leave the area. He was charged with a misdemeanour and sentenced to three days in jail.

On April 4, 26-year-old Bruce Rowley allegedly robbed a bank in CT, drove to Swift's Rhode Island mansion and tossed $1,600 in stolen cash over a fence in what he said was an attempt to impress her.

Swift, 28, lives in NY.
