Turkey blasts Germany, Belgium for indifference to attacks on its nationals

Seven terrorists captured during Turkey's Afrin operation

The Turkish military troops are developing the operation Olive Branch in Afrin, against the YPG, under the pretext that it considers those forces as terrorists due to its close ties with the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK), a Kurdish guerrilla deployed in its territory.

Erdogan vowed in a speech in Ankara that Turkey would "continue our fight until there is no terrorist on our border", but did not elaborate.

The Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) on Friday released their latest figures of the Turkish attacks on northern Syria.

Meanwhile, Turkey is pressing the U.S.to stop its support for Kurdish fighters or risk confronting Turkish forces on the ground in Syria. It estimates that there are around 400,000 people trapped under the government's siege.

We urge Turkey to proceed to a de-escalation.

Opposition figures have said Russian Federation, which backs Syrian President Bashar Assad's forces, is trying to undermine the United Nations -led talks.

Turkey's military said at least 343 "terrorists" have been "neutralized" during the campaign, a figure the Syrian Kurdish militia dispute. It said the rebels planned to strike Syrian troops in what it described as a USA -sponsored attempt to disrupt Syria peace talks.

Intel urges halt to installing its Meltdown/Spectre patches
The announcement of the alternative update doesn't inspire confidence that this reboot issue will be fixed shortly. The company published a full list of Intel-based platforms that are impacted by this problem, and it's quite long.

The Syrian National Coalition Of Syrian Revolution and Opposition Forces (known as the Etilaf), composed mostly of liberal and Islamic conservative and fundamentalist groups and personalties, have not only supported the Turkish military intervention and continued their previous chauvinist policies against the Kurds in Syria, but are also participating in this operation by calling on Syrian refugees in Turkey to join the Syrian armed opposition groups fighting in Afrin.

Turkey considers the YPG, the military wing of the Democratic Union Party (PYD), as an offshoot of the outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK), which is also recognized as a terrorist organization by the USA and the European Union.

Bas News did not independently confirm Roj's claims, but they are consistent with expectations critics have of a clash between the battle-hardened YPG-the group recently expelled ISIS from Raqqa, its "capital" - and the significantly handicapped Turkish military. It also has its sights set on Manbij and its countryside, leading observers to believe that it is seeking to control the regions extending from the Idlib province's eastern borders with Turkey in northwest Syria and the western banks of the Euphrates in northern Aleppo. The two sides disagreed about the content of telephone talks between Erdogan and US President Donald Trump on Wednesday.

"OK", said Erdogan, citing what he said he told Trump in the conversation.

"How long has Afghanistan lasted?"

The idea is to forestall a Kurdish "terrorist" corridor to the Mediterranean, the state-controlled media says, with the attack on Afrin, according to Erdogan's propaganda machine, being in the interests of "self-defence". They see that it is part of "Turkey's enmity towards the Kurds".
