Stars who have spoken out about working with Woody Allen

After all the times that the American filmmaker and actor Woody Allen's adopted daughter, Dylan Farrow, has accused him of sexually assaulting her while she was only a child, many people from the entertainment industry have gone out supporting her and telling Allen that his Time is definitely Up.

Rebecca Hall: The actress, who first worked with Allen on 2008's "Vicky Christina Barcelona" and stars in his latest film, "A Rainy Day in NY", announced earlier this month that she plans to donate her salary from the upcoming movie to the Time's Up campaign, which was launched earlier this year to promote gender equality.

The latter two performers have donated their salaries from their work in the as-yet-unreleased Allen movie A Rainy Day in NY to the Time's Up legal defense fund.

"I have to say yeah if he were to ask me again.I don't think it would ever happen because the experience we had together was very odd". Why aren't the other actors in A Rainy Day in NY standing with Chalamet, like Diego Luna, Jude Law, and Liev Schrieber?

Farrow has stood by her claim, which first surfaced in the wake of her parents' bitter split when Allen left the actress and activist Mia Farrow for Soon-Yi Previn, her adoptive daughter from a previous marriage who was 21 at the time. And actors Rebecca Hall and Timothée Chalamet, who star in the director's next film, A Rainy Day in NY, have pledged their salaries to the Time's Up movement.

Allen - the director of more than 50 movies, a four-times Oscar victor and showered with awards in Europe - has always denied the allegations, which have never been proven. "As a mother and a woman, this breaks my heart for you", she wrote.

Dow jumps 300, closes above 26000 for 1st time
Industrial stocks rose after the Federal Reserve said USA industrial production increased 0.9 percent in December. The VIX Volatility Index was higher for the day at 11.81 for a gain of 0.15 points or 1.29%.

She added: "Every step of the way, my mother has only encouraged me to tell the truth ..."

The accusations of sexual assault were first made in 1992, claims Allen has vehemently and repeatedly denied.

But now that the #MeToo movement has begun, the public and media are more willing to listen to Farrow. "I regret this decision and wouldn't make the same one today".

Farrow has previously questioned why the "Me Too" movement hasn't ensnarled Allen. He gave me one of my first significant roles in film for which I have always been grateful, it was one day in my hometown - easy. She also wanted celebrities who work with and praise Allen to "acknowledge their complicity and maybe hold themselves accountable to how they have perpetuated this culture of silence in their industry".

In an email to HuffPost, Chalamet's representatives claimed that a clause in the standard SAG agreement (which is shown below) that was attached to Chalamet's contract prevents him from speaking publicly.

The announcement by Chalamet, a favourite Oscar contender for best actor this year, followed a similar one Friday by his co-star Hall.
