No arrest after passenger got on wrong flight

All Nippon Airways Boeing 787 is seen on the taxiway at Haneda international airport in Tokyo

The ordeal, which can be followed closely via Tweets from Teigen who made light of the situation at hand, lasted eight hours, and required passengers to deplane, and re-board another flight to Tokyo on Wednesday morning (Dec. 27).

All Nippon Airways issued a statement to CBS News earlier saying Flight 175 left LAX at 11:36 a.m. and returned to LAX at 7:33 p.m.

She later explained the weird round-trip happened because a passenger had boarded the All Nippon Airways flight with a ticket for a different airline.

"During the flight, the cabin crew became aware that one of the passengers boarded the incorrect flight and notified the pilot", the statement said.

Ex-Steelers LB James Harrison likely to sign with Patriots
Harrison visited the Patriots on Tuesday after clearing waviers and becoming a free agent following his release by Pittsburgh. Many of them questioned how the franchise could part ways with their all-time sack leader just before the playoffs.

The airline, All Nippon Airways (ANA), said only that there had been a problem with a customer's "flight arrangement".

"Why not just land in Tokyo and send the other person back?" she tweeted.

"At the time during the flight, the pilot in command was presented with information about the discrepancy in the passenger manifest". Teigen tweeted that she had "so many questions" and said the person who had boarded the wrong flight "must be mortified". "We are on ANA", Teigen said on Twitter".

She joked later that she was in a room with "water and a tv". "Flight time, 8 hours and 20 minutes".

When the plane finally landed- in its original origin, Teigen cracked: 'LAX - LAX flight complete. So basically the boarding pass scanner is just a beedoop machine that makes beedoop noises that register to nowhere, ' Teigen tweeted. ANA would like to express its apologies to the passengers for the inconvenience.
