Boy, 5, Calls 911 On The Grinch

A 5-year-old MS boy did the unthinkable when he thought the Grinch was going to ruin his Christmas.

But instead of blowing off the call as a prank, police showed up to TyLon's house to let him know that his Christmas won't be stolen.

Police in Byram, Mississippi got a call over the weekend about an imminent threat to Christmas.

TyLon Pittman's brother captured the interaction on video, which he posted on his Facebook page.

After locking up the Grinch, Tylon wore his Byram PD hat proudly, with a strong sense of accomplishment.

Antonio Brown helped off the field after suffering leg injury
First, Brady was harassed by Stephon Tuitt to force a third-and-9 incompletion to Danny Amendola. Cooks caught a deep ball inside the 10-yard line, but it was negated by illegal touching.

"So what are you going to do if he tries to steal your Christmas?" So imagine her surprise when Officer Lauren Develle arrived on the family's doorstep later that evening to reassure the boy.

The child - who hopes to become an officer himself when he grows up - received a Byram PD baseball cap and a Grinch toy to commemorate the important day.

After speaking with Develle, TyLon felt a little better. TyLon reportedly asked the Grinch, but the green creature just shrugged his shoulders before shaking the little boy's hand and thanking him for saving Christmas.

Once the Grinch served his time, Tylon got to tour the jail and was sure to offer his services to the department, should they need him to save the holidays again.

After locking up the Grinch for good, TyLon joined Thompson for a tour of the police station.
