Sean Spicer Selects Jimmy Kimmel For His Late-Night Debut

Robert Mueller is investigating Russian meddling in the 2016 election. AP

And now it seems President Trump's fave network Fox News Channel also will not be offering former White House press secretary and communications director Sean Spicer a contract. The requests indicate the scope of Mueller's investigation has expanded beyond the campaign to include individuals who joined Trump's team after the election.

After Trump dismissed him, Comey said the president had asked him to drop at least part of his investigation into former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn and contacts he made with then Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak.

Ty Cobb, a White House lawyer coordinating the administration's response to the investigation, declined to comment in order to avoid the appearance of interference with an ongoing probe.

Hicks worked with Trump on Donald Trump Jr.'s initial statement about the Trump Tower meeting.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp: All good with Philippe Coutinho
Meanwhile, PHILIPPE COUTINHO will be considered for Liverpool's trip to Manchester City on Saturday, reports the Daily Mail . We don't know what will happen when Liverpool head to Spain to take on Sevilla in the Champions League next week.

White House officials said Trump made only a few suggestions regarding his son's statement.

Maybe Spicer felt he owed ABC after proving wrong reports he was going to compete on the next season of Dancing With The Stars, dashing dreams of many Reporters Who Cover Washington.

While Spicer hasn't shown his face on late night before, he's been a frequent topic of conversations for comedians, especially "Saturday Night Live", on which Melissa McCarthy famously stepped behind his press office lectern.

Mueller also reportedly intends to question White House counsel Don McGahn and one of his deputies, as well as Josh Raffel - a spokesman whom the Post describes as working closely with Senior Adviser Jared Kushner.
