Taylor Swift took time off to reinvent herself

Taylor Swift takes aim at Tom Hiddleston and Kim Kardashian West in her new music video

Pop star Taylor Swift set a record for most YouTube streams in a 24-hour period, generating 43.2 million views of her music video Look What You Made Me Do after its debut on Sunday night.

The 27-year-old singer dropped the much-anticipated song late Thursday to streaming platforms and iTunes.

Along with the diamonds and jewelry, there's also a single dollar bill in the tub, which some interpret as a reference to the symbolic dollar Taylor won earlier this month in her trial against the radio host whom she said groped her backstage at a 2013 concert.

The printed note read: "Thanks for keeping our secret".

During the song Swift sings the lyric: "I don't like your ideal crime/How you laugh when you lie/You said the gun was mine/Isn't cool, no, I don't like you".

'Hundreds of Rohingya homes torched in Myanmar'
The government initially reported that dozens of people were killed in the fighting, including 11 members of the security forces. That dramatically changed last October when a nascent Rohingya militant group launched surprise attacks on border posts.

"Sending my love and gratitude".

Some secrets are harder than others to keep. "So I didn't even tell people that were very, very close to me; my own family didn't know".

Slytherin has a new heir apparent with Swift sitting on a throne with snakes coiling around her, referencing the snake emoji Kim Kardashian used to describe the singer.

In the week leading up to it, Taylor deleted all previous activity on her Twitter and Instagram pages, then posted a series of cryptic snake videos - mostly likely a further reference to the feud.

Taylor also made a dig at her long-term rival Katy - who she fell out with over backing dancers a few years ago - as she donned a short blonde wig, similar to the singer's current hairstyle, and crashed her auto as photographers looked on.
